I haven't seen this either! And it's not on a lot of episodes listings. Hmmm I was able to dig this up... its a stream with English subtitles. I hear it referred to as Kyou's Chapter.

Just for the protocol, in the clannad series there are 2 specials, one where tomoyo dates tomoya (my favourite), and another where tomoyo dates ryou(i dont wanna spoil the ending so ill leave it at that).
